Shipping and Delivery Policy:

At Raawi, each order is prepared and dispatched with care. Below is everything you need to know about how your piece travels from our red closet to yours.

We dispatch orders Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

All ready-to-ship items are processed within 48 hours.

Made-to-order, personalized, or temporarily out-of-stock items may require 3–4 weeks to be crafted and dispatched.

This will always be noted on the product page.

Free Standard UK Delivery — Orders Over £200

All UK orders over £200 qualify for free Standard Delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Next Day UK Delivery — £ 7

Available for UK mainland only.
To qualify, please place your order by 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Once dispatched, You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a unique tracking number to follow your parcel through Royal Mail’s Track & Trace service.

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Europe — 13 £

USA, Middle East & Rest of World — £18

Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days

Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on your country.
These are not controlled by Raawi and must be paid by the customer if required.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email.

We always aim to deliver within the estimated time frames. However, delays due to customs, courier issues, or weather conditions can occur.
