Refund policy

At Raawi, we want every piece you receive to feel right for you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns:

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition it arrived

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free from marks, stains, scents, or damage

  • With all original tags and labels attached

  • In its original packaging

Please avoid trying on clothing while wearing heavy makeup, perfume, deodorant, or while in smoky environments.
Any item returned marked, stained or with a discernible scent may be refused a refund as they are not in resealable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Earrings and jewelry for piercings

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing or returning.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, especially for high value pieces.

  • Raawi cannot be held responsible for lost, untracked, or damaged returns.

  • For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return:

Please email keyteam@raawiclozt.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide full return instructions, including the return address.

Please note, any items sent back without prior approval can’t be accepted.

Exchanges:

We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size, color, or product (subject to availability).

Please contact us at keyteam@raawiclozt.com within 14 days of receiving your item so we can help with the process.

Note: For sets or coordinated items, both pieces must be returned together.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

To keep everything arriving safely from our red closet to yours:

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we aren’t able to cancel or adjust it.

  • Please double-check your address at checkout, incomplete or incorrect details may affect your delivery, and we’re unable to take responsibility for parcels sent to the wrong address.

  • If a parcel is unclaimed or refused and returns to us, additional postage costs may apply if you’d like it re-sent.
